About Birchley Park Condos & Towns
Birchley Park is a new multi-phase development in Toronto by Diamond Kilmer Developments.
Located in the Birch Cliff neighbourhood in east Toronto, this development will see a range of mid-rise condos and back-to-back townhomes built, along with acres of new parkland and retail space to add to the already impressive range of retail that exists nearby.
The first phases of Birchley Park condos & towns will include two development blocks. Block one will contain a 12-storey condo with 375 units ranging from studio to three bedrooms. Block two will have 22 townhomes with two and three bedroom models available, and a 9-storey condo with 290 units. Between them, the two blocks will have over 29,000 sq. ft. of amenity space, with approximately 11,000 sq. ft. of it located indoors and the remainder outdoors.
